The Problem
A fintech startup needed to go from concept to live product in under 3 months to secure their next funding round. They had a pitch deck but no technical team.
The Approach
Designed and built the entire platform end-to-end: authentication, billing via Stripe, core product features, admin dashboard, and deployment infrastructure. Shipped iteratively with weekly demos to investors.
The Outcome
Launched in 8 weeks. 1,200 users signed up in the first month. The startup closed their seed round two weeks after launch.
